About EDGE Lead Screening
Overview
EDGE Lead Screening is a non credentialed product to help lenders filter top of funnel leads at low cost.
In a free call to EDGE, lender provides EDGE with lead info and receives back the date of most recent EDGE report for the consumer, as well as the date of most recent data available at EDGE. EDGE will also provide some consumer fraud metrics- such as number of emails, phones or bank accounts associated with the consumer, as well as number of consumers associated with a lead provided phone, bank account or driver license.
If consumer report was found - lender can call EDGE again and receive a range of income & score for targeted consumer. If the ranges match lender underwriting criteria, Lender can call into EDGE Score, EDGE Income or EDGE Attributes to receive full, detailed credit report on the consumer.

EDGE customers must have consumer PII that they are looking to pull a report for A consumer whose report is being pulled must have a successful report with the EDGE consumer database.
